對童話改編這一類型接受度較低，故事太深入人心，保守和突破都容易不討好，找到合適的突破口很難。本片從劇本到呈現(xiàn)都太四平八穩(wěn)，反而沒了童話時期的感動。男女主角實在不搭，杜塞實在不適合演美女，倒是卡索太適合野獸。
